Internet Accounting: artax has invested in security measures

A considerable increase in demands on IT security has prompted us to adapt our computer systems to meet the changing landscape. This also affects those customers who use our computer systems for their financial accounting. A comprehensive range of programs is available on our system.

We offer: financial accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, consolidation, and order processing.

The most recent improvement in our security is a two-factor login, the same process banks use. The first login step is via user identification and password, the second step is an approval via a mobile phone or a code number sent to you.

Our service product “Internet Accounting” enables you to lease-in your bookkeeping with us, and to access the product via the internet. You will work with the high-performance financial software solution SAGE 200 (Simultan). This software-as-a-service model offers many advantages, such as:

• You will be using – at a fee – our servers whilst at the same time having no worries about either acquisition or maintenance costs.
• Your connection will be fully encrypted and protected by the latest technologies, such as those which are used by banks (e.g. two-step authorisation).
• You need not worry about having to install updates, as you will always be using the latest version.
• You will be connected to artax via a high-performance optical fibre link.

Our Internet Accounting is particularly suitable if you would like to handle bookings yourself whilst at the same time, using our support services. As you, and we at artax, will be using the same system, task sharing at your discretion is also possible (e.g. you take care of daily operations, we do the financial statement). Additionally we can offer a regular review of your accounting transactions or your VAT payments, or we can take care of your payroll administration. Authorisations may also be set up on an individual basis.

The two-factor login is also a requirement for all our employees. Thus can we guarantee you the highest standards of data security.
